When buying my house I put Ray through the ringer and he accommodated me with a smile on his face and made every attempt to make sure I was taking a look at every house I asked him about, even the houses that I originally told him I was not interested in. If there was an issue with the house Ray would inform me of that issue if I did not notice it myself. I whole heartedly suggest Ray for a realtor if you are looking to buy or sell your house.

Raymond is awesome. My mother and I had been looking at homes to buy with a previous realtor and didn’t feel like she was very helpful at all. I called Ray out of the blue for some advise and he was great. I was impressed enough just talking to him over the phone that we got rid of our previous realtor and had him become our realtor. The market was busy and we just kind of lucked into our new home, but Ray negotiated the deal and always responded promptly anytime anything came up, and we’re very satisfied with our new home. We were first-time home-buyers and weren’t even seriously looking for a house when I happened to stumble across my dream house on the Nextdoor app. Ray responded to my initial inquiry quickly and let us do an early showing so we could come see it with our parents who happened to be in town. When I showed up to the viewing having not even looked at mortgages, he quickly connected me with a handful of potential loan officers. After we made an offer, he took me for my word that we’d be approved despite having several other backed offers on the house within the first 24 hours (he’s that good). He frequently communicated with us as the sellers decided on which offer to accept, and he’s still been just as wonderful & communicative – even a week after we moved in (we received custom return stamps as a gift from him today!) The best part is that we never felt pressured at all! Once the loan was approved, he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the home-buying process and made what can be such a complicated process smooth, easy & painless!
