Ray Ailstock

We were first-time home-buyers and weren’t even seriously looking for a house when I happened to stumble across my dream house on the Nextdoor app. Ray responded to my initial inquiry quickly and let us do an early showing so we could come see it with our parents who happened to be in town. When I showed up to the viewing having not even looked at mortgages, he quickly connected me with a handful of potential loan officers. After we made an offer, he took me for my word that we’d be approved despite having several other backed offers on the house within the first 24 hours (he’s that good). He frequently communicated with us as the sellers decided on which offer to accept, and he’s still been just as wonderful & communicative – even a week after we moved in (we received custom return stamps as a gift from him today!) The best part is that we never felt pressured at all! Once the loan was approved, he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the home-buying process and made what can be such a complicated process smooth, easy & painless!

Being the realtor for both the seller & the buyer, Ray did a wonderful job at providing excellent service to both parties and advocating in the best interest for all of us. In short, Ray was absolutely wonderful and I’d recommend him without a doubt!
